URBAN JUXTAPOSITION
This image displays urban juxtaposition well because the wheel is in a very random place and looks odd in front of the college. I think this is a great example of urban juxtaposition.

Final Piece
At the beginning of the assignment we was asked to start this blog and add out images to it to evaluate and speak about them. Our first images we had to take was 10 images for the rule of thirds. I took mine in wigan park of different landscapes which i think shows the rule of thirds. The next thing we had to do was take images of urban juxtaposition and had to research are own art exhibition posters and evaluate them, this is when we started preparing for our final piece, We then got shown how to use adobe illustrator to make our art exhibition poster. We had to make different thumbnails of what we wanted our poster to look like.
The hardest thing to do was rule of thirds because i didn't really understand it at first but after research i understood what i meant. The best things i did in this assignment was the images i took. The images was all different types of photography and really interested me. The equipment i need for this task was a DSLR camera to take my images and access to Adobe Illustrator and the internet, to create my exhibition poster and to research images.
In this assignment i learned what the rule of thirds means, what urban juxtaposition means how how to take images in this style. I also learned how to use adobe illustrator and how to create my own exhibition poster. If i could have done this project differently i think i would have gone to different locations to take my images because i only stayed around the wigan area.
Overall i enjoyed this assignment as i learnt a lot more things than i knew before the assignment and i am happy with how my final piece came out.
This is an image i was going to use for my final piece art exhibition poster but i ended up going for a different one in the end.
The image above is the image i chose for my final exhibition poster. I chose this image because i thought it explained juxtaposition well as the wheel in front of college is not something you would expect to see. I also like the angle of the image and how it looks.

There was 2 choices i was going to choose for my final piece, the image below is one of the images i like this images as it shows the old and the new buildings but i think the image i went for is more fitting for the poster.
